BBK Performance throttle bodies are designed as a direct replacement for the restrictive stock factory throttle body. All BBK Power Plus throttle bodies offer OEM drive ability but with up to 30% improved airflow for improved horsepower, torque and throttle response. Every BBK throttle body is CNC Machined from a new high quality 356 aluminum casting and assembled with features like OEM style die stamped throttle linkages, double sealed bearings, and o ringed throttle shafts to make every BBK throttle body the best on the market today. All BBK Performance throttle bodies are designed to improve performance. Designed as a direct bolt on replacement - 50 State legal - CARB Approved
All BBK Performance parts are backed by a 1-YEAR manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. An optional extended warranty is also available - giving you an additional 2 or 3 years from original date of purchase. Costs for the extended warranty option can be viewed when the item is added to your cart. The manufacturer’s warranty is based on normal use and installation of each product.
Do you want to add more horsepower along with better throttle response to your Ford 2.0L Focus ST - well now you can with our new BBK Performance Power Plus series 62mm throttle body. It was only a matter of time before the BBK team of engineers came up with this new throttle body design for the popular 3.6L Pentastar applications. This throttle body has a larger bore opening over the stock 73mm unit to increase airflow and deliver 9-14 rear wheel horsepower over stock along with improved throttle response. This makes this unit a simple plug and play direct fit with no modifications required, best of all no tune is required - it will bolt right up and go right out of the box!
The BBK Power Plus Series Performance Throttle Body will provide your Ford Focus ST with more airflow to improve horsepower and torque. Final dyno testing resulted in an additional 8 horsepower and 13 ft/lbs torque - See attached Winpep Dynojet run file results.
The restrictive stock throttle body measures 57mm in diameter but the BBK power plus unit measures in at 62mm, just the right amount to for improved airflow for added performance without sacrificing velocity and low-end torque.
This Ford EcoBoost unit is just like other BBK throttle bodies, it is a simple installation with minimal tools and does not require any kind of special tuning - simply bolt on - plugin and go!
As with all BBK throttle bodies this unit is designed and manufactured from a brand new 356 Aluminum casting that is CNC machined and assembled with the highest quality components.

Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.
