Before You Submit

Do not ship anything back until return instructions are provided.
Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
Restock/Processing fees may apply.
Items must be reviewed before an RMA or return authorization can be issued.
Chemicals and paint, clearance, used, installed, damaged, or non-stock items are not returnable.

What Happens Next

If approved, return instructions will be sent by email.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
