Tanabe Sustec Front Strut Tower Bar 11-11 Juke
The Tanabe SUSTEC TOWER BAR helps reduce chassis flex, allowing the dampers, springs, and stabilizers to show their true ability. When the power output of a vehicle is upgraded, and the handling potential of the vehicle is increased with upgraded springs, dampeners and/or adjustable coilovers, additional stress are placed on the vehicle. Because the vehicle was not built to see such loads on the car, the chassis will have a tendency to slightly flex more than normal, which can cause slight instabilities and deficiencies in handling. To improve chassis rigidity, front and rear tower bars are available to reduce flexing of the shocks towers.

We warrant all of our parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation, (subject to the conditions and exclusions described below) for a period of one (1) year from the original consumer's date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part or refund your money. This warranty does not cover labor reimbursement. This warranty is non-transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted from the date of exchange for a period of one (1) year. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation, self-installation, or modification of the part; vehicles under manufacturer's recall for a related problem; and misuse or abuse, including off-roading or racing. Due to the racing nature, and extremely high amounts of stress that are placed upon the suspension and drivetrain, Tanabe will honor this warranty on the DRIFT line of products only prior to installation.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOM-MODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART. THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE AND TANABE USA, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION OF ANY KIND, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, and in those states any implied warranty that may apply is limited to one year. If any provision of the warranty should be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
To file a claim:
You must obtain a Return Authorization from the original place of purchase prior to returning parts for inspection for defects. Returns must accompany the original consumer's sales receipt. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned. Any carton without a proper R.A number will be refused. An R.A. does not guarantee repair, replacement or refund, only that Tanabe will inspect the parts for defects. Returns must be sent by pre-paid freight.
Notice:
Warranty is not applicable to the 4.9 LSU Bosch sensor for the Revel VLS Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge.

Special Order ITEMS: Some items are Special Ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special Ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us.
