SwitchPath™unleashes a signature soundtrack out of the Z06, whether the valves are open or closed, thanks to its specifically tuned straight-through mufflers and precision-engineered x-pipe. It’s aggressive with the valves closed, and viscous with them open–just how a high-revving flat-plane V8 should be. Well-collected and comfortable when cruising (like stock), a riot when ripping, all controlled via the factory controls. If you’re planning on high flow cats, proceed with confidence as we engineered our mufflers to be fully capable of controlling those harsh frequencies. No valve relearn, ever: there's no need for a post-install visit to your local dealer for a valve relearn. Once it’s on, you’re clear for takeoff. Built for the long haul: not only does SwitchPath™ feature tier 1 OEM-supplied valves, included in every kit is a set of machined aluminum brackets to accommodate the factory valve motors and their factory linkage, keeping them away from the hot exhaust prolonging the lifespan of the electronics. Further, these valves won’t rattle a year later after installation – others on the market will. Stealth shielding: two machined aluminum heat shields bolt-on to the Z06’s bumper using factory mounting points allowing the exhaust to shine through the mesh while protecting the inside of the bumper. No exhaust wraps that will inevitably become waterlogged and cause damage to whatever lies underneath. Lighter is always faster: SwitchPath™ Exhaust: 42.5 lbs vs stock: 57.5 lbs. Topped off with quad 4.5” double-walled slash-cut tips exclusively in diamond black that fill the Z06’s bumper perfectly without any need for additional filler. If you remove, we can not approve. If a product issue is discovered after installation, do not remove the product before receiving confirmation of a return approval from the original place of purchase. On-car information can often lead to diagnosis and action plans; AWE requires a chance to address in this manner. Post-install products removed prior to return authorization will be denied any warranty claim.
Any alterations or attempts to fix will void the warranty. This includes welding, bending, or any ad-hoc methods that alter the product in any way.
All warranties are for the original owner only. Second owners can purchase replacement components at a discount, directly from AWE or from participating dealers.
Manufacturer defect is defined as any characteristic of the product which hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured. The warranty against manufacturer defects doesn’t cover any cosmetic changes, or normal use wear and tear. All warranties cease at a product’s discontinuance. Here’s a quick summary of our products and how long each is covered for manufacturer defects: All AWE brand products. Please note that special order items are not returnable.

Turbo kits/turbochargers: Not covered under warranties, special order item.
In the event of a return, a product must be returned with no signs of abuse, incorrect installation, forced installation, motorsports usage, or product altering whatsoever. Any trace of the aforementioned will result in warranty denial.
AWE's One Year Tip Finish Warranty covers defects on AWE tips for a period of one year from purchase date. Exclusions to the AWE One Year Tip Finish Warranty: (1) Pinhole sized pitting on the inside of tips, which is considered normal wear and tear, and (2) Blemishes or marring of appearance due to weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance (defined in next sentence) or extremes of heat or cold. Thorough periodic cleaning of AWE tips is required as general maintenance, and must be done prior to submitting a warranty claim on tips, as returned tips found to have been dirty (and not defective) will have forfeited any core charges.

Special Order ITEMS: Some items are Special Ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special Ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. If the product has shipped then this must be processed as a return.Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of the cancellation.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
Installation: We are not responsible for or any costs associated with the installation or the improper installation of any products.
