Big Bubba From Turbosmart exists because sometimes Bigger is Better! Big Bubba is a piston style valve for large capacity supercharged and turbocharged engines including diesels! If you're looking for an inconspicuous valve for a small capacity, low boost daily driver, you will need to look elsewhere!
When Turbosmart began making performance products back in 1997, a great amount of effort was put into the design and manufacturing process to ensure our products created a new standard. More hand-crafted than mass-produced, Turbosmart products quickly gained acceptance within the performance community for their quality and reliability. Coupled with extraordinary service and after-sales support, Turbosmart quickly became one of the most sought-after names in the industry. Not much has changed since then. Although our product line and the company itself have grown considerably, the products are still designed and manufactured in our factory in Sydney, Australia, using the same tried and proven formula of innovative design, strict quality control, and rigorous testing. We have invested in our research facility manufacturing equipment and staff training to ensure our products continue to perform up to and beyond your expectations. At Turbosmart, we do not believe in cutting corners and half-measures. We do not accept anything short of perfection - and neither should you.
Big Bubba has been designed for big horsepower, high performance and high boost turbo and supercharger applications. Big Bubba is, as its name suggests, big, bold and in-your-face. It is by far the largest valve in the Turbosmart range. But it's not all about the size and looks, Big Bubba packs a lot of punch too! With a heavy duty, CNC billet aluminium body and components and a 52mm (2.05) hard anodised aluminium two-piece piston, Big Bubba gives a new meaning to the term hardcore. A -4AN threaded vacuum port offers a wide variety of connection methods. Outlet fitting size: 50mm (2.0). To make things easy we've ensured all Big Bubba valves use the same inlet flange and V-Band clamp as the Turbosmart Race Port. All that in a package that weighs only 790 grams (1.7lbs)!

It all started with an idea for one product and a love of racing, and the rest is history. The one product is the BOV Type 1 designed and produced by Nic Cooper in 1997 for his newly created Turbosmart company. This Australian based company is now recognized worldwide, and Turbosmart has not only significantly increased its product line but helped break quite a number of racing records. The Kompact blow-of valve is a valve that is upgraded from your OEM valve and is suitable for everyday, high performance and tuned use, and this series also has an Electro-Mechanical alternative that integrates with your factory controlled electronics.
Turbosmart’s fifth generation BOV valve, the BOV5 is a genuine high performance valve that is higher flowing than the Kompact for those of you with that high horsepower. The Race Port, Power Port and Big Bubba valves are for the racer and performance driver who needs that extra horsepower and a will to win.

Special Order ITEMS: Some items are Special Ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special Ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. If the product has shipped then this must be processed as a return.Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of the cancellation.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
