Part# 21803300, Kooks Ultra-GREEN OEM connection pipes, are also made in 304 grade stainless steel with 3/8? thick flanges. Kooks Ultra-GREEN EPA certified cats feature a 304 stainless steel outer body and a high capacity 300 Cell 4-1/2 diameter metallic substrate designed to be used with no tune required. The inlet and outlet are designed to connect directly to the OEM Connections flanges, so they can be used as a direct replacement for the OEM catalytic converters with the OEM manifolds, or the Kooks Super Street Headers. The kit will include installation hardware and required gaskets.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Kooks Headers and Exhaust products are covered under our limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product if the problem is due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover any coatings, polishing, painting, etc. and will NOT cover any re-coatings, re-polishing, or re-paintings to the headers.
Kooks will not warranty any exhaust product that has been improperly installed, crashed, welded, or modified (coatings, header wraps, etc) in any way. Kooks will not cover damage to any related components. Neither the seller, nor Kooks, will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of this product or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of this product. Kooks Headers and Exhaust products are built for off-highway use only and disclaim all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current catalog.
Claimed defective products must be returned with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to Kooks at the buyer’s expense. Products returned without an RMA number are subject to refusal. The returned product will need to include your name, address, daytime phone number, RMA number, and a copy of your sales receipt if available. Warranty will not be considered without a copy of your sales receipt. Upon receipt, Kooks Headers and Exhaust will, at its option, repair or replace the defective item.
KOOKS MUFFLERS
Kooks Headers and Exhaust Mufflers come with a 2 year limited replacement warranty. The muffler in question will need to have an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the same warranty return policy as stated above. Once the product is received by Kooks, it will be evaluated to determine the reason for failure. If cause of failure is determined to be impact damage, the claim will be denied. If it is a defective part that caused the failure, then the said muffler will be replaced and shipped back to the consumer at no charge. If it is determined to be an issue other than part failure, then we can offer a replacement muffler at a discounted rate.
CATALYTIC CONVERTERS
Vehicles equipped with a factory supercharger or turbocharger will only receive a warranty on Kooks Catalysts if they have the GREENCATS. There will be no warranty on our standard high flow catalyst if the vehicle comes equipped with a factory forced induction system. Furthermore, we recommend upgrading to the GREENCATS if your application will be producing more than 600 horsepower. GREENCATS can be installed on any of the Kooks exhaust systems.
Example: A Ford Mustang GT500, which comes equipped with a supercharger from Ford, will only receive a Kooks-backed warranty if they are running the GREENCATS.
Kooks Headers and Exhaust EPA-Certified GREENCATS come with a 2-year limited replacement warranty. The standard High Flow Race Catalyst come with a 1-year limited replacement warranty. The catalyst in question will need to have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the same warranty return policy as stated above. Once the product is received by Kooks, it will be evaluated to determine the reason for failure. Price Errors: In the event that a product has mistakenly been listed at an incorrect price, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your payment type has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a full refund to your orignial payment method in the amount of the incorrect price will be issued.
Special Order ITEMS: Some items are Special Ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special Ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. If the product has shipped then this must be processed as a return.Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of the cancellation.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
