Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your 1991-1996 GM B-body is easy with upper control arms from BMR's suspension. Stock control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMRs polyurethane, on-car adjustable tubular control arms for B-bodies (UTCA003) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1 5/8 inch, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance. Two-inch greasable, 95-durometer bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMRs bushings are internally fluted, which keeps grease in the bushing, even under heavy load. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings.BMR's suspension designed the UTCA003 to work well in street performance, drag race, and road race applications. The stock control arms flex under even light cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics.
Combine this with soft bushings that have massive amounts of deflection and youre left with poor performance. The UTCA003s heavy-duty construction eliminates control arm flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. BMRs polyurethane bushings are designed to be compliant enough to give you a comfortable ride and absorb NVH, while remaining firm enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. The bushings easily handle the high compression loads of hard launches and hard acceleration, yet offer plenty of articulation for great handling. These are the perfect upgrade for the enthusiast looking to improve performance, while maintaining acceptable NVH levels and ride quality. Factory control arms for the SS are the same as what Chevrolet puts on Grandma's Caprice. Bushing deflection combined with control arm flex creates erratic handling and inconsistent rear end stability when subjected to the added loads of performance driving. BMR upper control arms are built using 1-5/8 x .120 roll cage tubing with 1/4 thick mounting plates for a bulletproof combination. Lower arms are available stock length or 3/4 longer than stock to properly center the wheels in the wheel wells (See below illustration) and both are equipped with swaybar mounting holes and greaseable, low deflection polyurethane bushings. BMR upper control arms are available in either fixed or adjustable versions. Adjustable uppers allow on-car adjustability by simply loosening the jam nuts and turning the adjuster. Now you can adjust your pinion angle on-car without unbolting the Impala control arm. These adjusters are by far the strongest in the industry. Made from 1-1/8 CNC milled steel then zinc plated for corrosion resistance, they truly are overkill! Impala control arms are available in your color choice of red, black, yellow, silver, white, navy blue, and Hugger orange.

Special Order ITEMS: Some items are Special Ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special Ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us.
