Bolt on internal wastegate actuator for Mitsubishi EVO 9 models. The WGA replaces the factory turbo’s actuator, offering a larger diaphragm and adjustable base spring pressures ranging from 5-22psi to get the most out of your turbo.
Massive Performance, Compact Size. • Industry-first diaphragm design - the WGA’s Silicone/Nomex diaphragm uses a new bead retention design that achieves the largest effective area with the smallest possible outside diameter. This keeps the overall size of the WGA down whilst giving it more control authority over the wastegate flap, resulting in better boost control. It’s like telling your turbo what to do instead of pleading with it! • Longest stroke – with 18mm of rod travel, the WGA is suitable for controlling the largest of internal wastegates, or the extra travel can be used to further increase boost pressure without having to change springs. • Unique pivoting rod guide – machined from PEEK (an extremely high-performance engineering polymer), the encapsulated spherical rod guide takes up significantly less height in the actuator body than other designs, whilst offering low friction and superior wear resistance. • No unnecessary bulk – sounds obvious, but attention to detail in the design means the WGA is the shortest actuator on the market. More Adjustable, More Easily. Setting the base spring pressure correctly for your application can have significant performance benefits, so we made sure the WGA offers the best adjustability on the market! We supply 3 stainless steel springs that can be used in any combination ranging from 5psi to 22psi, but that’s only the beginning. Whilst other brands may offer more spring options (sold separately), changing springs to fine-tune boost pressure is time consuming and quite frankly, a pain. That’s why we added another industry first - turnbuckle adjustment. The long stroke of the WGA means more adjustment range for the spring pre-load, so you can fine-tune your base boost pressure in a matter of minutes without swapping springs or removing the actuator. Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications.
