This intake features Volant's high performance MaxFlow 5, 5 layer oiled cotton gauze air filters are made of the highest quality textiles, pleated between a top and bottom aluminum screen. Each filter comes pre-oiled and ready for use. This filter is specifically designed to allow the highest air flow rate possible for maximum power gains but deliver a very long filter life and maintenance intervals (up to 40K miles depending on driving conditions). TMG Performance Products, LLC (Volant Performance®) warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase and for warranty determination that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship (4-years or 100,000 miles for PowerCore® Filter), while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. Volant Performance® obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by Volant Performance® to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at Volant Performance's® option, of the alleged defective product. We pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem with our products, we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.
This warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of Volant Performance®, has been misused, damaged by accident or, negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to Volant Performance® installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. Volant Performance® makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race or competition purposes.
In order to make a claim under this warranty or receive service, purchaser/installer must within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect or condition, first contact Volant Performance® and request product return instructions and authorization for a return. After receiving an assigned Return Goods Authorization number, purchaser/installer must return alleged defective product pre‐paid along with original dated proof of purchase sales receipt and a written description of the alleged problem/defect to Volant Performance® (address below). Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number MUST be clearly marked on the return package and ALL return paperwork. Please be sure to package returned product in a manner which will ensure its safe, undamaged return to Volant Performance® for warranty inspection. Any product returned for warranty claim and found NOT to be defective in materials or workmanship will be returned to the purchaser/installer at their charge and will result in a full charge for any replacement parts that have been shipped against that particular warranty claim. LMPerformance offers Volant air intakes that feature larger air filter boxes and additional intake ports to make larger amounts of cool ambient air available to the engine for additional power. In addition, the filter can be cleaned, oiled and re-used many times during the life of the vehicle. Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, Special Order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. Returns: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Lost Order Claims All lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.
