ACCUFAB RACING has been successful over the years because the company maintains a tight control on quality since all of their products are designed and manufactured at their factory in Ontario, California and they do no outsourcing of any of their products. The design and manufacture of high performance throttle bodies is at the heart of their business and there is no compromise when it comes to quality of the materials selected for the fabrication of their throttle bodies, whether it be the type of aluminum or stainless steel chosen or something as simple as brass blades and the highest quality bushings and screws, everything is top of the line with no excuses accepted for using anything less. ACCUFAB throttle bodies are machined on CNC machines from 6061-T6 aluminum billet to extremely close tolerances and the shafts are ground to perfection and even the smallest part is made to exact specifications. ACCUFAB does not use robotics but instead bench grinds and hand polishes each unit to a high luster and in addition each unit is meticulously calibrated. Each and every throttle body is manufactured as if it were going to be used on a racing car so that even if you intend to use your car for only street driving you will still get the sturdier quality and not a lesser quality part.
