Big Mike’s Performance Parts, a California based business, is owned and operated by Mike McKinney, a Retired Disabled Veteran of the United States Air Force. Mike had 2 goals in mind when he designed the STO N SHO aftermarket detachable front license plate bracket. The first goal was to create a bracket for those customers who want to maintain the look and character of a high performance vehicle without doing permanent damage to the front of their vehicle. The second was to comply with state laws of those states requiring a front license plate to be displayed at all times. Mike designed the Sto N Sho aftermarket removable license plate holder for high performance vehicle owners that want the ability to stow the front license plate from time to time to show the beauty and performance of modern muscle cars on the road today.

Mike’s Performance Parts was recognized with two (2) 2013 Global Media Awards at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas for its STO N SHO Detachable Front License Plate Bracket.

The SEMA Global Media Awards Program recognizes those companies that manufacture specialty equipment products and accessories that would have mass appeal to consumers in countries outside the United States. The products are voted on by a prestigious group of international journalists who serve as judges.

Mike developed a love of cars at the early age of seventeen and then in 2012 after a prestigious military career he decided to do something with his passion for automobiles and thus began Big Mikes Performance Parts Sto N Sho and Mike fulfilled his dream of being an entrepreneur.
