The Driveshaft Shop GMCA11-A3 - The Driveshaft Shop Camaro V8 Automatic 4L60E / Stock Diff 3.5"" Aluminum 1-Piece Driveshaft; 2010-2014.

The DSS shaft from LMPerformance will come with signature billet plates for each end so you done have to go in to the rear taking a chance on upsetting the crush collar. Shaft comes with a 300m stub system mounted into a billet aluminum plate to ensure not only strength but lighter weight than the normal way of doing this type of end (look closely at the CV end its not all steel) The shaft only weighs 17lbs and come with special 12.9 uber strength hardware with back up lock nuts to ensure no loose bolts, DSS has been using this Billet aluminum style plate for over 10 years on thousands of 1000+Hp Supras-BMW's and many more with out any bolt issues.

Special Notes: may have exhaust clearance issues on the 3.5" shafts. You will have to remove the heat shield from above center hanger mount to install a 3-1/2" shaft there is a possibility of clearance issues with aftermarket exhaust, This is a general warning, DSS has 9 test shafts out and not one had an issue. I have listed this because not all exhaust systems have been tested.

Most balancing machines depend on sensors that determine the “weight centerline” of the spun part and this then gives the information that is needed to determine how much weight is then necessary to bring it with the required tolerance.
