This kit comes with 2-electric exhaust cutouts, wiring harness to control both cutouts w/ one switch, stainless steel mounting hardware, extra thick gaskets, and our LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY. These cutouts are manufactured to the highest quality standards with only the highest quality materials. See the Kit Picture.
Cutout Assembly -
Housing is manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and machined down to .600" thick to ensure flatness
- Double sealed butterfly to ensure no leaks
- "Bull Nose" butterfly seals in matching "Bull Nose" seat.
- High temp o-ring to ensure complete seal
- Housing is CNC machined to insure positive seal to "Y" pipe
- 303 Stainless Steel Butterfly*
- Stainless steel shafts
- Stainless steel coupler
- Stainless steel hardware
- Proven dependable gear reduction drive motor
- Extra thick gasket which seals better as wells as helps insulate against heat
- Slotted mounting bolt holes for flexibility in mounting position
- High Quality stainless steel mounting bolts and nuts
- Built In Thermal Protection device to protect motor from overload
Harness - Weather tight connectors on all outside connections
- 5 amp quick blow fuse built into harness
- 16 ga. Heavy Duty heat resistant wire
- Labeled positive and negative leads for ease of installation
These 3" electric cutouts will fit any 2.5" or 3" product with a standard 3" flange. This includes the following Pypes products:
