RKSport 96-02 2.4L 4-2-1 Ceramic Coated Headers.
RKSports new Header was designed to increase torque and horse power on Cavalier and Sunfires equipped with the 2.4L. Our latest header was designed using 3D CAD technology and then tested in dozens of simulations to extract the maximum level of performance available with out negatively effecting daily drivability. Each header is crafted from 14 gauge mild steel, 3/8th inch flanges and incorporates proper placement for the oxygen sensor. The 16 long primaries were designed to trap exhaust as it leaves the cylinder head, and scavenging induced by the secondaries help to raise mid-range torque.
