Jet Hot LT-Headers 94-97 LT1.

1 ¾” primary tubes, 3” collector, full length design. Made from 16 gauge tubes & 3/8” flanges. Extremely high craftsmanship – no weld slag, and an OE style flange that is welded on both sides unlike other header manufacturers. O2 sensor bungs are welded into each collector. Optional AIR & EGR tubes that work directly with 94-97 models. Coated in & out with our STERLING finish. - Jet Hot Coated

1300°F Colored Coating (+$20) The same 1300°F degree coating as Jet-Hot's Sterling Finish, but now available in the following colors: Flat Black, Blue, Flat Dark Grey, Flat (Cast) Grey, Flat White

2000 Jet-Hot Coating (+$25) This coating is rated to 2400°F and has a rough texture. Color Options: Flat Black, Blue, Flat (Cast) Grey

Jet-Hot MC-15 Coating (+$50) This coating is rated to 1400°F. At 1400°F's it will dull, but it will not actually come off until 1700°F. This coating also has an orange peel/hammered finish when compared to Jet-Hot's Sterling finish. Color Options: (Flat)Copper, Silver
