Please note that if you receive a defective product and need it swapped or returned you must provide a picture of the product in order for a return label to be sent. This is Coverking's return policy. They will not send a return label without pictures, if a picture cannot be sent then they will not pay for return shipping. (please see below)
Coverkings Return/Warranty Policy: All returns are returnable within 30 days at a 15% restocking fee charge + shipping. If an item is being return for credit or replacement due to a Coverkings error, please provide picture so that we can better assist your customer in a timely manner. After 30 days all sales are final and that when Coverkings warranty will start. At this point all returns for repair or replacement through Coverkings warranty must be handle through Coverking. Mosom Plus™ is a four layer material. The outer two layers are Spunbond Polypropylene, the middle layer is a special micro-porus film and the inside layer is super-soft fabric. The middle layer is an excellent rain barrier, while allowing for vapors to pass through. The special cotton flock inner layer pampers the most delicate paint finish. It is a great choice for all-around car cover use, suggested for most conditions except extreme sun, snow or ice. Mosom Plus™ is a non-woven material, so in the unlikely event a rip occurs in the materlial, it will not run. Car Covers and Sunshields are now offered with Silkscreen Manufacturer LOGO options.
