Coverkings Return/Warranty Policy: All returns are returnable within 30 days at a 15% restocking fee charge + shipping. If an item is being return for credit or replacement due to a Coverkings error, please provide picture so that we can better assist your customer in a timely manner. After 30 days all sales are final and that when Coverkings warranty will start. At this point all returns for repair or replacement through Coverkings warranty must be handle through Coverking. Velour: Velour is the perfect Custom Seat Cover material for luxury vehicles. This material is standard on some luxury domestic cars, and matches perfectly with the factor interior. It is available in several colors and matches perfectly with Coverking Custom Dash and Rear Deck Covers. Velour doesn't stretch, and so may be more challenging to install. Coverking Seat Covers: Coverking is the only seat cover company which embraces technology to design and produce what we and many of our customers feel is a superior seat cover. Patterns are designed to allow the original functionality of the seat. For many vehicles, Coverking Custom Seat Covers are available for the middle and rear seats as well. All Custom Seat Cover design, production, and material selection is done in accordance within the guidelines of strict quality systems. The process of designing a Custom Seat Cover pattern can take more than 3 weeks, but results in a near replica of the original seat upholstery. In some ways, the Pattern Design of Custom Seat Covers is an art - conflicting qualities of ease of installation vs. fit have to be balanced to produce a product which fits very well but can also be installed and removed by a layman. Very complex patterns are also time consuming to sew, resulting in added product cost.
