Jet Hot Long Tube Headers 98-02 LS1.

Jet Hot took the Hooker design and re-designed it for a better quality and fit. The Jet Hot headers(part number JHD2253-0) are still full length headers with a 1 3/4x3” collector size. The tubes are 16 gauge (vs hookers 18 gauge). The flange is 3/8” thick (vs hookers 5/16” thick).The flange that bolts to the head has been welded on both sides and the matting surface is smooth(no tubes pushed though). These headers come with the AIR and EGR tubes welded in place. The O2 bungs were moved to the inside so no O2 ext wires are needed. The headers are designed tighter for a better fit and the welds are a lot cleaner, no slag. The headers are fully coated in&out with the Jet Hot sterling silver finish. The headers get a lifetime corrosion warranty and a 3yr finish warranty.

1300°F Colored Coating (+$20) The same 1300°F degree coating as Jet-Hot's Sterling Finish, but now available in the following colors: Flat Black, Blue, Flat Dark Grey, Flat (Cast) Grey, Flat White

2000 Jet-Hot Coating (+$25) This coating is rated to 2400°F and has a rough texture. Color Options: Flat Black, Blue, Flat (Cast) Grey

Jet-Hot MC-15 Coating (+$50) This coating is rated to 1400°F. At 1400°F's it will dull, but it will not actually come off until 1700°F. This coating also has an orange peel/hammered finish when compared to Jet-Hot's Sterling finish. Color Options: (Flat)Copper, Silver
