RKSport 2.4 Ceramic Coated Headers.

The same technology that was applied in building the RKSport LT1 header systems was exercised in building the RKSport Cavalier header systems. The engineers produced 2.2L and 2.4L headers that increase horsepower and fuel economy and create better airflow throughout the entire exhaust system. The head pipe is 2.5 in., the individual tubes are 1.5 in. in diameter and the flanges are 3/8 in. thick. The header features a 4 into 1 design offering more efficient flow. Each system includes flanges at the main head section and the down pipe for the connection between the header pipe and the catalytic converter. All of the headers are offered in ceramic coating and are manufactured from extremely strong 14-gauge steel. Installation instructions and hardware is included.
