All billet flywheels are NOT created equal! Every RAM True Balance flywheel is turned, drilled, and tapped on our own CNC equipment from SFI certified materials. Aluminum flywheels get a replaceable carbon steel friction insert. Flywheels are then precision ground parallel to the crank flange and to the proper RMS finish for optimum mating of the friction disc. Shrink fit ring gears are replaceable; one piece flywheels require replacing the entire flywheel! Finally the flywheel is digitally balanced to the proper factory specification.
