SLP's new 2005-07 Cobalt SS Long-Tube Header System features 1-5/8" main primaries, which flows into one 3" high flow collector. The headers are mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and ceramic coated to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down, while the rest of the header system is made from 304 stainless steel. Also, included in the package is a full 3" down-pipe assembly with integrated flex joint which flows into a 3" catalyst converter. The system is designed to bolt to your factory cat-back or SLP cat-back exhaust system. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention. All necessary installation instructions and hardware are included, backed by our Lifetime Warranty.
