SLP Headers, 1-3/4'' Long-Tube, 2006-09 Trailblazer SS w/Installation kit/High-Flow Cats/Down Pipes.

SLP's new 2006-07 Trailblazer SS Long-Tube Header System features 1-3/4" main primaries, which flows into one 3" high flow collector. The headers are mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and ceramic coated to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down, while the rest of the header system is made from 3" 304 stainless steel.

These headers will install and bolt directly into your 2WD or 4WD Trailblazer SS without the removal of the air conditioner lines or the starter. Clearances around all wire harnesses, vacuum lines and AC lines are greater than any other system on the market, closely matching clearances from GM. Also, included in the package are a pair of 3" high flow catalyst converters, which flows into a full 3" down-pipe assembly. The system is designed to bolt to your factory cat-back or SLP cat-back exhaust system. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention.
