The GM LS1 engine, with the factory spring loaded belt tensioner, becomes prone to throwing belts when used in performance applications and with aftermarket balancers. This new bolt-on Billet LS1 Belt Tensioner is a fully adjustable solution for controlling potentially damaging resonance and maintaining desired belt tension.
