SLP's under hoodcold air induction systems for Camaros and Firebirds with V6 and V8 engines are designed to replace your factory air cleaner assembly. They pick up cool, dense, outside air and utilize directional vanes in the 1982-1992 air Ducts to achieve maximum air flow. These systems help free up to 20 extra horsepower depending upon application and include the thermo-plastic air box and ducting, instructions, air filter and all necessary hardware for bolt-on installation. The 1993-1997 cold air systems are made of 304 SS and feature dual 2.5" mandrel bent tubing. These pieces are black powder-coated and have a high gloss finish and come complete with all hardware, filter and our performance guarantee. Legal for street use in all 50 states (E.O.#D-187-12).
