Please note that if you receive a defective product and need it swapped or returned you must provide a picture of the product in order for a return label to be sent. If an item is being return for credit or replacement due to a Coverkings error, please provide picture so that we can better assist your customer in a timely manner. After 30 days all sales are final and that when Coverkings warranty will start. At this point all returns for repair or replacement through Coverkings warranty must be handle through Coverking.
