Pacesetter Headers - Jet-Hot COATED 2005-06 GTO 1 3/4'' x 3'' No Cats.

These headers come standard coated with Jet-Hot's exclusive Sterling Silver formula. This coating works beautifully on new or used parts at temperatures up to 1,300°F. Sterling the most popular finish features a high-luster coating that contains silver powder and shares the brilliance of chrome with the subtlety of nickel. It provides the most brilliant appearance in high-temp, high-tech coatings while delivering major performance advantages.

Featuring 1-3/4" Primary Tubes with 3" Collectors. CNC-machined 3/8"-thick steel flanges are matched to exhaust port profile for optimum seal and flow. Flash-controlled 16-gauge carbon steel primaries provide greater durability than light gauge stainless steel. Tubes enter collector in proper sequence for maximum scavenging. O2 sensor fittings on all applications. (Some fabrication may be required)

1300°F Colored Coating (+$20) The same 1300°F degree coating as Jet-Hot's Sterling Finish, but now available in the following colors: Flat Black, Blue, Flat Dark Grey, Flat (Cast) Grey, Flat White

2000 Jet-Hot Coating (+$25) This coating is rated to 2400°F and has a rough texture. Color Options: Flat Black, Blue, Flat (Cast) Grey

Jet-Hot MC-15 Coating (+$50) This coating is rated to 1400°F. At 1400°F's it will dull, but it will not actually come off until 1700°F. This coating also has an orange peel/hammered finish when compared to Jet-Hot's Sterling finish. Color Options: (Flat)Copper, Silver
